My grandma use to come home from work and bring me a 7-up candy bar. I was asking everyone at work if they remembered it, but knowone did. I thought I was going crazy. I wish they would bring it back.
If everyone that reads or posts here would e-mail the Pearsons candy co.and request that they start making the 7-Up candy bar again then maybe they will,Supply and demand ya know :)
They have a sky bar that is simelar to the 7up bar but it only has 4 different flavors
The 7-up Bar was my favorite. Would love to have just one more!! I even have a wrapper in my scrapebook from the mid sixties.
Does anyone remember the seven different goodies in the bar?
Reading the comments I see where two different companies are mentioed as having made them. The Trudeau Company and the Pearson Company. Do we know for sure who did make them?? Whoever is is we need to write and beg!!!!!
Thnaks
According to http://www.neatorama.com/2007/05/14/10-candy-bars-youll-never-eat/ , the 7-up company bought out the candy bar just to use the name. So don't blame Pearson's.
I remember getting the 7up candy bar at a local sunoco station here in southern KY. When my mom would stop to fill up I would try to get one. They were so great!!! I definitely would be buying them again. I remember it being so wonderful having a candy bar with 7 different fillings. I wish they would bring this candy bar back or at least make them for special times of the year.
I remember the 7-up candybar for sure. My Dad would always bring us one home every night.
I was just watching unwrap and they were showing different candy bars. It made me remember the 7-up candy bar.
Does bring back fond memories.
Regards,
Jean Ray
I also wish the Seven-Up bar would return. The flavor and texture variations were terrific, and the dark chocolate was really good as I recall. The stores at which I bought them are all long gone.
My husband used to take a seven-up bar in his lunch bucket. He says there never was a candy to compare and we would definitely buy plenty of them if only they would start making them again. The Pearson Candy Company's toll-free # is 800-328-6507. Maybe if enough of us seven-up lovers called them, they would bring them back
I remember the 7 up candy bar and I also loved the jelly part the best :)
I always bought it from the 7-11 down the street from my house in Austin, Texas. I would usually buy it and a Mr. Cola. They also had these little containers of peanuts tha would have a coin init wrapped in wax paper. There were supposedly coins from a penny to a quarter.
